MINIMUM ORDERS
Nearly all styles are sold in pre-packs. (1 sm, 2 med, 2 lrg, 1 xlrg).
Minimum order request is $500. Since you are buying for different delivery dates you will see that this number adds up quite quickly.

PAYMENT 1. Visa, MasterCard and American Express 2. C. O. D.( Approval for new customers takes 1-2 weeks. Goods can be shipped immediately via Money order or Cashiers Check.) 3. (Net 30). Qualified customers who have established a net 30 days account with us have the option of paying within 30 days of invoice date. SHIPPING
Most of our merchandise is shipped via FedEx, unless otherwise specified. Freight charges, handling, and taxes will be applied to your order. Items in stock are generally shipped within 48 hours after credit or payment has been processed.
Items out of stock at the time of your order will be back ordered and can generally be filled within 6 weeks. Please make sure you include start and completion dates.
RETURNS
We want you and your customers to be happy with their purchase. If merchandise is defective you may return it by getting authorization to return within 5 days of receiving merchandise. All requests for returns must be done by fax. (323) 277-0502. Attn: Celia.

General Care Instructions *Follow the care instructions on the
label of each garment.
*Never use woolite on cotton garments…it
can cause colors to bleed.
*Washing in cold water reduces the chance of
major shrinkage.
*Washing in hot water will increase
shrinkage.
*
More importantly, the
heat of your dryer will affect the amount of
shrinkage. Air fluff cylcles will result in
little shrinkage; high heat will result in a
greater chance of shrinkage.
SHRINKAGE INFORMATION Please note that all IDI products have been preshrunk and are ready to be worn. Garments that will shrink will almost always be in the length of the
garment and its sleeve. Shrinkage typically
will not be in width. Your washer and, especially,
your dryer will be the biggest determinant in
how much shrinkage will occur.

NO SHRINKAGE - the i.d.i way Garments that are preshrunk have typically been garment dyed. This means that the garment has been fully constructed and then put through the dyeing process, which washes it in hot water and dries it in a hot dryer. No more shrinkage will occur.
Please note that all IDI products have been preshrunk and are ready to be worn with a smile.
